Adatmentés RAID1-->Ext3

Sziasztok!

Adott két terrás lemez soft raid1ben megannyi doksival.
Ha formázva lett majd új ext partíció lett létrehozva mindkét lemezen, hozható róla vissza adat? Struktúrával együtt? Az adatok minél nagyobb százalékban történő visszanyerése lenne a cél.

Nem találtam kábeles alfórumot, szóval itt kérek segítséget.
Szükségem lenne kb. 4-4.5m hosszú külső SCSI kábelre, méghozzá fémházasra.
Mindkét végén 68 pólusú "fiú" csatlakozóval.
Hol tudok ilyet beszerezni?

Ha nem lehet, akkor megoldható a gyártása is. Ezesetben szükség lenne valamiféle leírásra, hogy hogyan kell csinálni, milyen segédanyagok kellenek hozzá stb.

Van egy SGI IS4000 3 talcas lemeztombom, sata vinyokkal es a sajat szoftverevel.
Van aki ismeri ezt a cuccot? Kis segitsegre lenne szuksegem mert se idom se energiam az elejetol vegig kinlodni a beuzemelest.
Lemezek benne vannak, csinaltam par raid5 tombot rajta. a kiajanlassal van bajom, hogy mukodik ennel a cuccnal a kiajanlas?
FC-n menne a dolog valszeg. Ez az FC-s kiajanlas nem tiszta nekem sajnos. Ha valaki tudna ebbe segiteni azt nagyon megkoszonnem.

HDD Tower építés

Van pár hdd-m (mondjuk 4-5) amik még használhatóak, de eladni nem akarom. Egy gépre akarnám rákötni ezeket, valami külső torony formájában(nem fér már a gépben). A gépen van egy esata, egy pci slot(ide lehetne venni valami kártyát...), és 2 usb. Belső szabad sata nincs. Cél, hogy a 4-5 disk mind látszódjon a gépen.

Első gondolat a Seagate Video lenne, ha csak 1 lemezről lenne szó, valószínűleg nem is gondolkodnék rajta. De fene tudja, hogy raid-ben hogyan viselkedik, illetve a 2.5"-os mérete miatt is aggódom (rosszabb hőelvezetés)

A Surveillance esetében nem gond a RAID, de azt meg inkább erős és folyamatos írásra tervezték. Ráadásul az árával is kiugrik a mezőnyből.

És ott van még Seagate NAS meg a WD Red meg kifejezetten NAS-ra szánt dolog...

WD Purple hibas vagy mas a baj?

UPDATE: mult heten megkaptam a cserevinyot (mivel megingott a bizalmam a Purple-ben, egy Redet kertem helyette, remeljuk ezzel mar nem lesz gond)

vettem nemreg egy WD Purple-t (a Red-et vagy ezt ajanlottak egy masik forumon, vegul a Purple-t valasztottam...)
tisztaban vagyok vele hogy megfigyelorendszerekhez ajanljak elsosorban, nekem otthonra NAS-ba kell gyenge torrentforgalomra illetve Time Machine backuphoz (vagyis jellemzoen kb. folyamatos, kis sebessegu iras/olvasas). Egy Sharkoon kulso hazban uldogel.

Viszont erdekes hibakat talaltam a rakotott Raspberry logjaban.
Ezen nekibuzdulva raeresztettem egy badblocksot egy desktop gepre kotve (amugy ezzel kezdtem volna, de olyan baromi sokaig tart, hogy inkabb nekialltam atmasolni ra a tobbi kulso vinyorol a cuccost, gondolva hogy ha baj van ugyis kibukik - hat ugy nez ki bejott :D).
az elso kb. 80%-ig siman elmegy kb. egyenletes tempoval, onnantol viszont nagyon durvan belassul, jelenleg itt all, az 'elapsed' az 5-10 percenkent lep elore, a szazalekjelzes lenyegeben mozdulatlan:

Sok pendrive másolása

Ahoj!

Az a kiváló feladat talált meg, hogy minél gyorsabban minél több pendrive-ra másoljak fel kb 7 GB-nyi adatot (olyan 100 file). Jelenleg egy másolás kb fél óra.
A céleszközök nagyon drágák, így nem igazán opció. Kinek milyen ötlete van?

webszerverbe milyen SSD-t

Sziasztok,

Adott egy Intel 2 procis E5-2620 szerver, LSI SAS 9211-8i 6 GB/s 8 portos raid vezérlővel, Linux web szerver lesz, Ngynx+myqsl.
Szeretnék bele SSD rakni, sokat olvastam utána, és az Intel SSD mellett tettem le a voksot.
Az Intel SSD-k közül melyiket ajánlanátok, 5db-ot szeretnék raid 10-ben (1db hotspare), hogy gyors, stabil, és tartós rendszert kapjak.
Amire kell a hasznos méret 100 GB is elég, így nem a méret a lényeg.

320, 520, 530, 730, S3500, S3700

Raid 10-nél van valami spec beállítás Linuxon, amit be kell állítani az SSD miatt?

Ha valakinek van más SSD-vel tapasztalata raid10-ben (több éve üzemelő) azt is meghallgatnám.
