baratnom laptopja mostanaban szeszelyeskedik, nem tartom elkepzelhetetlennek, hogy az osregi diszkje meg fog halni. ott a sok kep, etc, etc, fajna neki ha minden elveszne. igy par napja elkezdtuk hasznalni a backblaze-t. havi 5$, komplett mentes mindenrol, automatikusan. 1x felrakod, nem kell vele foglalkozni, es mind3 OSre van.

Kiprobaltam az Ubuntu unstable-t: "update-manager -d" nem eloszor az eletemben. Hat, nem tudom, hiba volt -e. Eloszor is, volt mar par rendszerosszeomlas az eletemben, nem volt meglepo, hgy nem indult a rendszer, de az igen, hogy mennyire el lett rontva. Nem tudom miert, (sysfs? tmpfs? udev komplikaciok) de tobbet nem allt fel a rendszer.

Sebaj, feldugtam az eddig pihizo 120GB-os merevlemezt, es installaltam ra Ubuntu-t. Illetve..... Valami ilyesmi volt kronologiailag:

- Ubuntu 10.04 live cd megfagyasztotta a gepet, ezert letoltottem egy 9.10-es live-ot, es installaltam a 120GB-os hd-re

Sokat (de sosem eleget!) tapasztalt FreeBSD felhasznalokent elhataroztam, hogy szeretnem a Haskell programozasi nyelvet rendesen hasznalni kedvenc operacios rendszeremen. Mostansag ezzel dolgozom a legtobbet es ez remelhetoleg a jovoben sem fog valtozni. Mellesleg remek lehetoseg jobban belelatni a fejlesztesbe, optimalis esetben pedig hozza is jarulni valamivel. Egyebkent nem allitom, hogy jobb lenne barmelyik masik nyelvnel (ezt itelje meg mindenki maga), bar nekem kozel huszevnyi programozgatas utan ez fogta meg eddig legjobban az elmemet, es ezzel allitolag nem vagyok egyedul.

Franko kollega emlitette a quercus nevu cuccot, ami egy 100% java-ban irt php implementacio (jelenleg 5.2.0-nal jarnak).

Ez megmozgatta a fantaziam, es el is hataroztam, hogy kiprobalom a dolgot. 2 jeloltet talaltam (eddig): az egyik a resin-4.0.5, a masik a jetty 6.1.23. A resin (ugy tunik) tele van csomo hasznos feature-rel, mig a jetty-nel (azok tobbseget) magamnak kell belepatkolni. A resin 2 edition-ben jon: professional (=fizetos), ill. open source (=kisebb teljesitmeny, lebutitott).

Ha valaki szeretné másoknak is megmutatni mit hallgat épp, és Exile-t használ, mert ugye gnome alatt az a favorit, netán emesene-vel kommunikál, az szomorúan konstatálja, hogy nem megy.

Lassan már megszokottnak (1, 2) mondható a HUP böngészőstatisztika:

A Firefox gyakorlatilag csak minimálisan csökkent (58,95% -> 58,83%), az IE volt a hónap bukója (15,54% -> 13,83%). Az Opera nőtt (6,94% -> 7,58%), a Google Chrome szintén (11,29% -> 12,20%).

Szeretnek dobni laptop teljesitmenyen. Sokat hibernalom / kapcsolom le/be. Ez eleg lassu tud lenni a HDD-vel, ami amugy sem tul nagy. (~160gb).

Milyen SSD-t erdemes vasarolni? Intel X25? Megeri a penzet? (7200rpm-es vinyo nem tudom mennyit dobna a teljesitmenyen.)

A gepen Lenovo-s Win7 EE van.

ps.: Van hogy hosszabb ideig utazom (3-4+ ora), ilyenkor is jo lenne hasznalni a gepet. HDD-vel nem igazan probalkozom ezzel mert eleg gyilkos dolognak tunik. (Amugy is lecsapna a vinyot a HDD vedelem ha csak nem kapcsolom ki... ^^") Viva la magyar utak.
