Smtp 554 Mi lehet ennek az oka?

Sziaszok!

A mail szerverünk ilyen üzit dobott vissza.

Lehet nálunk a baj, mert szerintem egyértelműen a távoli szerver hibája.

Esetleg dns hiba?

köszi előre is a segítséget.

Az 554-es hiba a kovetkezot jelenti:

554 SMTP service not available for host [x.x.x.x]
In most cases this error will be generated if the IP address x.x.x.x could not be mapped into a host name. Our mail hosts will not accept SMTP connections from a host whose name cannot be identified. This usually happens if reverse DNS is not correctly working for the host that is trying to send mail to our machines. The sending site should check and correct its DNS configuration, possibly with the help of its Internet service provider. If this is not possible, the sending site should arrange to relay its outgoing mail though some other machine that does have correctly working DNS.

Vagyis a kuldo gep nevet nem lehet feloldani es le kellene ellenorizni a DNS beallitasokat.

Igen DNS bibi. Pontosabban a revers bejegyzés kell hogy ugyan az legyen, mint amilyen néven küld a szervered levelet (mail.****.hu). A co-locban van a gép akkor szólni kell az ottani informatikusnak (illetékesnek), hogy az ip címedhez a mail.***.hu -t állítsa be reverse -ként.
