Geekbench: CPU összehasonlítás 2006 decemberében

A Geek Patrol rendszeresen tesztel CPU-kat a Geekbench névre hallgató benchmark-jával. Az online oldal 2006 végén, így karácsony előtt szemügyre vette, hogy hol tartanak az iparág remekei. A tesztben természetesen szerepelnek az AMD (Athlon 64, Athlon 64 X2) chipjei, az Intel processzorai (Pentium 4, Pentium D, Core 2), és ezek mellett felbukkannak azok a processzorok, amelyeket az Apple szerelt korábban, vagy szerel éppen a gépeibe (G4, G5, Intel Core Duo, Intel Core 2 Duo, Intel Xeon). Azt írja, hogy a Pentium D processzorok nem különösebben jók a tesztek alapján. Nekem egy Intel Pentium D 945 (3.40GHz) processzoros gépem van. Most menjek a Dunának?

Letöltöttem, a Linux-osat, az eredmény:
version `GLIBCXX_3.4.4' not found (required by ./geekbench)
Wine-al a Windows-os viszont ment. Ez azért gáz egy kicsit.

Félreértés ne essék, nem vagyok elégedetlen. Pont az ellenkezőjét gondolom. Egyébként Debian etch fut rajta smp kernellel, s videokonvertálásnál a tovid a két magot rögtön felismerte, s az mpeg2dec-et többszálas módban futtatta, s szerintem egész jól muzsikált (benchmarkot nem csináltam, de 1 perc 720x576 AVI ugyanilyen mpeg2-be kb. 1 perc 10 mp). Szóval, ha félreérthető voltam, bocs ... Egyébként van valakinek hasonló tapasztalata?

Most töltöttem le tesztet, a 32 bites minden további nélkül futott, s 202.7 pontot eredményezett, tehát majdnem annyit, mint a "hivatalos" tesztben (lehet, hogy nálam futott még egy két dolog, ami náluk nem).

Egyébként: Debian etch, Pentium D 945 3.40 GHz, 1 GB DDR2, 160 GB SATA-II, 2.6.16-2-686-smp.
