Ubuntu 18.04 Lts Postfix Courier-imap stmtp starttls beállítás

Sziasztok!

A címben nevezett szerveren szerettem volna belső levelezést beállítani Postfix és Courier-Imap segítségével.
Majdnem működik is.
thunderbirddel próbálom.
Szóval a fogadás megy STARTTLS-SEL, Viszont a küldés csak akkor hajlandó működni ha kikapcsolom a STARTTLS-t
Viszont szeretném ha azzal menne.
Ha bekapcsolom a következő hibát írja ki:

Az üzenet küldése sikertelen.
Hiba történt a levél küldésekor: Nem sikerült kapcsolódni a(z) ujmekk levélküldő (SMTP) kiszolgálóhoz a STARTTLS használatával, ugyanis az nem hirdeti ezt a funkciót. Kapcsolja ki a STARTTLS-t ehhez a kiszolgálóhoz, vagy forduljon a szolgáltatóhoz.
