ESXi 6.0 / HP Prolaint DL380 G6 / Apache2

Közel 1hónapja felkerült a címben is említett szerverre az esxi 6.0 custom HP ISO.
Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS minden webhoszt VM.

1DB fizikai NIC van bekötve, vswitch0, ip-t a szolgáltatóm mac cím alapján oszt.
Minden hibátlan, NIC maccíme baírva, VMek mac címe beírva. Megkapják az ip-t amit kértem a szolgáltatótól.

Műdköik minden szolgáltatás hibátlanul, kivéve a WEB. Teljesen véletlenszerűen err_connection_refused üzeneteket kapok böngészőben. Vagy a CSS nem tölt be , vagy az egész site, (többet hosztolok, és mindnél jelenség). Refresh azonnal megoldja a prblémát.

Minden más stabil (ftp, ssh, plex, játékszerverek, ts3)

Van valakinek erre ötlete mi lehet a probléma?
Ha szükséges, adok további információkat is amik segíthetnek megoldást találni.

Ami még érdekes hogy a webes kliensben minde VMhez 6db "nic" van bekötve, a windowos vspehereben jo minden es csak 1db, ifconfignal is csak 1db. Reboot nem oldja meg a problémát.

    Leírásban találtam ilyeneket, talán segíthet:
    Én a NIC-re gyanakszom, 1 fizikai port, valamint lehetséges, hogy:
    "NOTE For all NIC devices that are not listed in the table below, the maximum number of ports supported is
