Idén nyáron, július 7-től 14-ig került megrendezésre Budapesten a g2k12 általános OpenBSD hackathon. A Deadly-n egy-egy rövid beszámoló olvasható arról, hogy mivel foglalkoztak a fejlesztők a happening alatt:

I did not attend the hackathon. Instead, I got a new obsolete machine, with a particular processor flavour supported by no free operating system so far, with the common knowledge that "it will never be supported by free OS projects". At the moment (and after a lot of work) it runs till the end of autoconf, I need to wire a scheduling clock to be able to see if I can get userland to run on it. Stay tuned, hopefully coming to a cvs tree near you.
