Miután az Apple pofátlanul lelopta a cég évtizedes óradizájnját, nem csinál patáliát és állítólag pénzt sem kér a kaliforniai cégtől. Eközben az Apple ügyvédekkel megy neki a világ számos pontján vállalatoknak, ha azok szerinte minimális mértékben is a saját logóit másolják....

Nemrégiben rekord összegű büntetést szabtak ki a Google-ra: az FTC 22.5 milliós bírságra kötelezte. Az OK az, hogy a Safari-ban létező gyengeség miatt a felhasználó tudta és beleegyezése nélkül követték annak internetes tevékenységét.
A Microsoft kihasználja ezt a lehetőséget és arra buzdítja a Safari felhasználókat hogy inkább a Bing-et használják keresésekre. Bár a Safari csak 7%-ban népszerű a böngésző statisztikák szerint, ez már elég ahhoz hogy még több Bing felhasználót szerezzenek.

Stefan Weitz a Bing igazgatója nyilatkozata szerint ez egy kis online kampány, hogy a Safari felhasználók tudják, a Google megkerült a személyes beállításaikat és ezért nagy bírságot is kapott. Összességében a cél az, a felhasználók észrevegyék a Bing egy remek alternatívája a Google keresőjének.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) hopes to improve patent quality by soliciting greater feedback from the general public about pending patents. Last year's America Invents Act included a provision requiring the Patent Office to accept submissions from the general public about patent validity, especially concerning "prior art"—evidence that the subject of a particular patent application had been previously invented by someone else.
