We are looking for an IT Service Manager in ERP/SAP Operations - UK Ireland
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate and qualify present service reporting and organize regular service review meetings
· Collect requirements and issues regarding IT operations
· Handling of incident and change management
· Communication of problem analysis and solution design
· Readiness for on call duty
· Service review presentations
· Facilitate and qualify executive summaries of incident progress
· Initiate continuous improvement process
· Interaction with incident, problem, quality and process management as well as central reporting
· Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Personal and technical requirements:
· Experience in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL V2/V3)
· Knowledge of trouble ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy 7)
· Background knowledge and experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
· International project experience
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Strong customer orientation
· Ability to present and communicate on a senior management level
· Fluent English language skills, German language skills are advantageous
Planned project start: July 2010 / full time Newberry/Belfast
Project duration: 3 months + (possibility of project extension)
