nvidia driver install, amilo 1650g, [ megoldva ]

még sosem csináltam ilyet, de találtam nem egy oldalt ahol leírják hogy kell csinálni, csak az a gond, hogy nekem valami hiba került a szerkezetbe, vagy csak nem jó file-al próbálkozom.

de hát le van írva alul, hogy mi a baja és hogy mit kell tenned...

Nem az a baj, hanem hogy a kernel 4.1-el lett fordítva, míg a rendszereden 4.3 van. Egyébként azt hiszem kikapcsolható hogy ne ellenőrizze a kernel verzióját és akkor menni fog vagy teszel fel egy 4.1-es gcc-t hogy le tudd fordítani.

      be dependent on the version of gcc used to compile it. The
      Linux 2.6 kernel modules are tagged with information about
      the compiler and the Linux kernel's module loader performs
      a strict version match check. nvidia-installer checks for
      mismatches prior to building the NVIDIA kernel module and
      aborts the installation in case of failures. Use this
      option to override this check.

Sohasem értettem meg minek szivatják debianon az emberek magukat nvidia telepítéssel, amikor csomatárból fel lehet telepíteni. Csak be kell kapcsolni a nem szabad szoftverek opciót.

És mit tegyen, akinek régebbi nvidia kártyája van? Mert csomagból csak az újabbak driverét lehet feltenni. A régihez marad a letöltögetés és telepítés.

Különben sikerült valakinek 96.43.14-es drivert 2.6.30-as kernel alatt működésre bírnia? Lefut a telepítő hiba nélkül, de az X nem indul, hanem leáll hibával (nvidia modul dobja a hibát). 2.6.26 alatt megy minden gond nélkül.
