sata gondok (?)

hahó

egy ideje azt csinálja a(z amúgy egy hónapos) gépem, hogy minden alkalmazás lemerevedik, a hdd-led világít, az egér mozog, de a kompiz sem nagyon reagál. (gnome-terminal működik és fájlokat is tudok olvasni a diszkről, de az auto-completition már nem pl.)
ezt kb. 30mp-ig teszi, majd ez jelenik meg a rendszernaplóban:

nekem ez nem tűnik betegnek.

a rendszer raid0-n van (tehát stripe) a home pedig raid1 (mirror)
a sata kábel egy méter hosszú, mert csak ilyen volt a boltban, de az még elvileg ok.
nekem úgy tűnik mintha eldobálná a vinyót és újra felismeri hotpluggal. de ha eldobja, akkor hogyhogy tudok olvasni róla? vagy cache-ből menne?

mi lehet ennek az oka?

Az --all csak egy rövid szummát ad (ha jól sejtem).
Próbáld meg a smartctl --test=long /dev/sdb paranccsal. Ha ezzel sem lesz semmi, akkor már tényleg kizárhatod a hardverhibát.
