Multinational Company is looking for Security Engineers who will be responsible for design / test / evaluate Network Security Products , Standards and Solutions, including Firewalls, NACs, IDS/IPS-s.
Design solutions within the current environment, while maintaining information security in line with or exceeding current Company Standards. Participate in testing new tools; develop operational requirements.
The candidate will be in a position to advise on key network security technologies and changes to the environment, recommending future technologies and products for closer scrutiny. He or she will be responsible for defining the necessary hardware / software and designs employed in projects touching every area of the organisation. He or she will form part of a global peer group of SMEs responsible for reviewing and developing global technology security standards.

• Strong knowledge of UNIX based operating systems.
• Strong Knowledge Stateful Inspection Firewalls ( preferred Checkpoint Firewall-1 )
• Strong networking knowledge ( TCP/IP )
• Routing protocols ( BGP, OSPF, RIP )
• Shell Scripting
• Excellent customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and high level of initiative are a must.
• Should pay attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize, creativity and flexibility are required.
• Develop strong and supportive working relationships with disparate functional groups.
• Perform assigned activities without direct supervision.
• Write technical reports and documentation.
• Communicate well with senior management, peers and team members.

• Advantage having experience in Checkpoint Firewall-1 / Provider-1 environment.
• Advantage having CCSA/CCSE/ and/or CCNP exams
