Nem is tudom mióta, de reggel vettem észre, hogy nem megy a www.kernel.org és az ftp.kernel.org sem. Legalábbis az Atlanti óceán ezen oldaláról nem lehet elérni (van valaki a másik oldalon? onnan megy?). Ma megjelent a 2.5.40-es kernel, de sajnos letölteni nem lehet sehonnan. Én legalábbis hiába kerestem a mirrorokon.
Kurt Johnson egy levelet küldött az LKML-re, amelyben érdeklődött a kernel.org felől. Kérdezte, hogy honnan lehet letölteni a patch-2.5.40.bz2 foltot.

Hi folks,
Is it just me, or {www,ftp}.kernel.org is down? It
seems so, from this side of the atlantic. And I cant
find 2.5.40 on any mirror I've tried (which included
everything listed in dns for www.uk.kernel.org,
www.us.kernel.org, etc). So, what gives?
Hope this is just a temporary hiccup. Sorry for the
disturbance.
