Sziasztok,

sajnos sakk-mattot kaptam a fedora4 rendszeremtől mp3 ügyben. Vannak ugyanis felvett wav fájlok, melyeket mp3 -ba kellene konvertálnom, hogy feltegyem egy portálra (drupal és audio modul, ami ezt le tudja játszani).
Megpróbálkoztam már mindennel:
- audacity: mp3-ba konvertáláskor a felénél behal. ogg -ot tud, de az nem jó. :(
- rezound: semmi nem jelenik meg benne a wav -ek megnyitásánál
- mencoder: sírva fakadtam a dokumentáció láttán, családos ember vagyok! (no time)
Végül a parancssorban lame -vel próbálkoztam, de rájöttem, hogy ez lehet a ludas. 1.8.x verzió van fenn és csak kb. 110 kb -nyi zizegést "konvertál" a wav fájlaimból.
Van még valami lehetőségem? A lame -t működésre bírhatom valahogy? (yum-mal installáltam)

Szeretném megoldani, hogy egy lépésben lekérdezzem hogy egy szerveren egy adott processz mennyi memóriát zabál.
ha lekérdezem elsőként a hrSWRunName paramétert és utána a kapott ID-val meghívom a hrSWRunPrefMem paramétert akkor megkapom az eredményt.
De szeretném ha ez automatikusan tudna működni, hiszen ha újraindítom a proceszt akkor új ID-t kap.
Próbálkoztam azzal , hogy az egyik eredményből kivagdosom az id-t cut-tal aztán azzal hívom meg a másikat, de ez elég otromba megoldásnak tűnik. Az snmp nem tud olyat, hogy az eredményt tovább szűrje bizonyos adatok alapján?

A lényeg hogy azt mondjassam neki, hogy pl: az apache által foglalt memóriára vagyok kíváncsi.

Tudna valaki segíteni abban, hogyan lehetne Windows XP-t és Linuxot tenni egy laptopra (128MB, 900MHz, 15GB)úgy, hogy alapból a Linux induljon el. WinXP már van a gépen. Le kellene szedni előbb vagy így is megy? Melyik Linuxot érdemes ilyan gépre tenni? Vagy esetleg hagyjam az egészet, és tegyek fel csak egy Linux XP-t a kettő helyett? Köszönöm.

Debian testinget használok, és akadt egy kis problémám a fontokkal. Szeretném, ha képes lennék megjeleníteni az összes távolkeleti karaktert. Például a http://ja.wikipedia.org karaktereinek csak a fele jelenik meg, a többi helyett egy kis kocka UTF8 kóddal benne.

Hiába tettem fel mindenféle távolkeleti és UTF8 fontcsomagot, nem változott a helyzet. Nem csak poénból lenne rá szükségem, a barátnőm nagyon régóta tanul japánul, és el tudná olvasni, de sajnos UTF8 kódokból még nem tudja kiolvasni a kanjikat és kanákat.

Ha valaki tudja, mit kell beállítani, megírná? Vagy ha valakinek hibátlanul bejön az említett oldal, megírná milyen fontcsomagok vannak fent nála (dpkg -l|grep xfont)?

gentoo linux alatt probaltam eletrekelteni negy db sata disket, de sajnos mar a bootolaskor 'elhasal'. Idemasolom a dmesg-emet ott lattszik a problema, es talan a hozzaertobb szemeknek ez tobbet mond.

Hello! Most tettem fel a kubuntut, és olyan problémám akadt, ami még egyetlen disztribbel sem, nem ismerte fel alapból az ntfs particiókat. Mount-olással még sosem mertem kisérletezgetni, de most azthiszem az kell, ebben szeretném a segítségeteket kérni.

Egy olyan problémával fordulnék hozzátok, hogy nem tudom használni ezt az eszközt:

Grabster AV 400 MKII

Xp alatt már újra installáltam, többször is a hozzá tartózó programot, de minden alkalommal ismeretlen okból lefagy. Az XP is lett azóta újra installálva, de így sem sikerült megoldanom a problémát!

Ez az eszköz egy digitalizáló, egyébiránt!:-)

Szeretném megtudni, hogy találhatok-e valami ideális programot/támogatást hozzá linux alatt?!

most raktam Rtorrentet, es nem tudom beparameterezni, h amikor ctrl+q-val kilepek maradjanak meg a listaban a torrentek es maradjanak meg a beallitasok.

probaltam -Sel meg barmivel, de vhogy nem akart menni...

regebben is hasznaltam, akkor vhogy sikerult.

Szeretnék egy 512 MB-s CF kártyáról egy image-et készíteni és több példányban lemásolni más
CF-ekre.

dd if=/dev/sdb of=voyage_l.img
majd
dd if=voyage_l.img of=/dev/sdb

ha így másolom akkor nem lesz boot-olható, illetve ha az is lesz akkor is valami filerendszer
hiba megfigyelhető. Arra gondoltam biztosan az a gond, hogy más más a mérete a két CF-nek.
ha létrehozok egy 400 MB-s partíciót, milyen paraméterezéssel lehetne megoldani?

Nagy nehezen sikerült beállítani otthonra kis hálózatra a sambát,azonban van egy érdekes,de ugyanakkor bosszantó problémám.Este ha kikapcsolom a gépeket amik csatlakoznak a fájszerverhez akkor reggel bekapcsolás után nem látják a hálózaton a linux gépet,csak ha a szambát újra elindítom.
A szerveren opensuse10.2 van és mindig megy,nem szoktam kikapcsolni.Az ip címeket router osztja ki dhcp-vel.
