Megoldható a fenti felállás vajh?
Az első kamerát még úgy ahogy mknode-oltam, de a második installálásával nem boldogulok. Egy kártyán lenne a két kamera. Tud valaki segíteni?

Egy haver megkért, hogy futtassak már neki egy quake3 szervert, mondom ok, úgy is bőven bírja még a gép.(Debian 4.0 OS)
Letöltöttem a telepítőjét, amit lefuttattam. (1.32b)
Letöltöttem a 1.32c patchet és rámásoltam.
Felmásoltam a cd-ről a pak0.pk3-at.
Kaptam hozzá egy konfigot, stb...
Elindítottam.... de a procit 100%-on vereti, ami nem tűnik túl jónak!
Hibát nem ír ki, rácsatlakozni nem lehet, ...
Mi okozza ezt? Mi lehet a megoldás?

Olyan kérdésem lenne, hogy milyen egyszerű (akár bash) scripttel lehetne megoldani adott ideig, hogy a szerver mondjuk 100% -os CPU terheléssel dolgozzon.
A lenyeg az lenne, hogy a terhelés során szeretnék tesztelni egy alkalmazást ami a munkája során több ezer fájlt mozgat.
A monitorozás megoldott azzal nem kell törődni most.

A következő problémám van. Van egy szerver két hálózati kártyával. Mind2 hálózati egymástól függetlenül kapcsolódik az interneten. Egyik hálózati kártya közvetlenül (hogy miért van így, azt most nem mesélem el), a másik egy router mögött van. Arra, amelyik a router mögött van, 2 db domain név van regelve (ideiglenes addig volt így, amíg az új külön van nem lett kiépítve). A problémám az, hogy ha engedélyezem a szerveren az új kapcsolatot, akkor a régi vonalom (a router mögötti kártyán) nem működik a http szolgáltatás. Ha lekapcsolom a hálókártyát, akkor meg újra működik. Ennek mi lehet az oka? Vagy hogy tudom ezt kiküszöbölni?

Adott egy szerver, apache2+php5+mysql fut rajta (többek között), és az apache2-t akárhogy állítom be, lassan, de biztosan felkajálja a fizikai memóriát, aztán a swap területet is, végül "out of memory" hibával elszáll az egész kütyü. Neten keresgéltem, próbáltam többféleképpen beállítani, de mindenhogyan ez történik, csupán abban van különbség, hogy mennyi idő alatt. Mi lehet ennek az oka?

Namost van két felhasználó, akiket simán az "adduser felhasznev" módon hoztam létre, ők simán be tudnak jelentkezni. Viszont a többiek, akiket az "adduser --ingroup www-users --home /home/www-users/felhasznev/ --shell /dev/null felhasznev" paranccsal hoztam létre, ők 530: Login incorrect hibaüzenettel nem tudnak belépni. A log semmiféle támpontot nem ad, hogy mi a penész baja van... :-S
Netet már áttúrtam, de semmiféle működő megoldást nem találtam a kérdést illetően... :-(

Az a problémám, hogy egy áramszünet után a debian szerverem bootoláskor ezzel a hibaüzenettel leáll és kész.
auto: auto: no such file or directory
Gyanítom hogy nem tud felmuontolni valamit és ezért nem találja.
Lehet-e ezen segíteni, vagy valahogy rendbetenni? Előre is köszi a helpet, nagyon fontos lenne.
Nem sikerült lefordítanom a legfrissebb kernelt, mert ezt írta ki:

Egy nagy iso-t (3,8GB) akartam átmásolni két linuxos gép között, de valamiért nem sikerült, ami szerintem meglepő...
