Van egy még garos HP szerver, 4 db SCSI winyóval.

Mostanában ilyen naplóüzenetek rémítenek, kb 2-9 naponta :

Ez a winyó semmi egyébre nincs használva, mint hajnalba átpakolódik rá az összes home és hálózati könyvtár tartalma, tehát biztonsági mentésre van befogva. sda,sdb,sdc -re még nem jözz soha panasz. (persze megy DVD-re is utána.)

Felraktam a smartot és futattam. A Healt OK, viszont a non-medium 65-el kicsit soknak tűnik, mivel a többi winyón jóval kevesebb, pedig azok egész nap darálnak nem csak egy kis éjjszakai mentéskor.

Szóval mit gondoltok kérjek új winyót az sdb helyett??????????????????

Egyébként sda-nál meg read meg verify hibákat mutat a smartctl, de vele még soha semmi gondom nem volt. Ha jól olvasgattam eddig utána, akkor ezek a hibák nem gondok ugye?

A Captive eloterben teszteli a hdd-t vagyis nem lehet mas ide muveletet vegezni rajta (ha nem igy van, javitson ki valaki).

Most tesztelek egy hdd-t, aminel a

elindul, majd a "smartctl -a /dev/hda" vegen megjeleno self-test logban irja, hogy Completed:Read Failure, a "remaining" oszlopban 80 ill 90 % van. A drive errorszamlaloja nem no. A cucc egy bx chipsetes compaq gepben van, ami a knoppixot csak nodma modban tudja elinditani (2.4 es 2.6 is), kulonben nem talalja meg az ide cd olvasot.

A drive gazos vagy felreertek valamit?
