Döglődő 2TB Samsung HDD [UPDATE]

Tavaly októberben vett Samsung 2TB-os HDD-m úgy fest kezdi kilehelni a lelkét. Tegnap előtt este egyszer csak olvasási hiba, freenas köpködi tele a logokat "read error"-al, smart meg visít a "Current Pending Sector"-ra. Először 2, aztán tegnap este már a mentés közben 4-re emelkedett. Ma délre ütemeztem egy "hosszú" smart feladatot (smartctl -t long /dev/ad*).
Estére kiderül mi van vele(lustaságom visszanyalt:P múltkor fw buhera után a routeren nem fejeztem be a vpn-t, ha menne már bentről be tudnék lépni és megnézni mi az eredmény :] ), maradék mentést befejezem, aztán kiszerel és alaposabb teszt jön. Majd ha tényleg "végét rugja" akkor gariba vissza. Update a nem kívánt projektről később. (smart adatokkal, badblocks végeredménnyel stb-stb) Öröm az ürömben hogy azért a legfontosabbak/nehezen pótolhatóak lejöttek róla ma reggelre!

Persze most szép magasak az árak, vehetek dupla annyiért egy másik vinyót míg ez oda lesz gariban...HURRÁ! :/

Úgy fest a smartctl nem nagyon tud mit kezdeni vele. "read failure"-al leáll.

Az utolsó 100 gigát nem sikerült leszedni róla...még kész szerencse hogy megvan mind. Így is be kellett pár telepítőt áldozni...

Kis érdekesség (ha jól emlékszem :P):
"Start-stop count"-ja 4 körül volt, a "power on time"-ja meg 1990-2000 körül.
Ebből mondjuk látszik a használat "mivolta".

subscribe. pont szórakoznom kell egy vinyóval, amin a pending sectorok ugrálnak, magam is boldog vagyok

Amennyire én tudom (nagykerből származó infó), akkor lehet garba visszaküldeni, a mostani állapotok miatt lehet fél év is az ügyintézés. Mindenképpen vennem kell egyet helyette most dupla áron. Mert minden gépen, minden helyet fel kell használnom mentésre...

Mentést most folytatom éppen, később tesztek...

Badblock-ot vegig se futattam, tele van 80% kornyeketol igy egybol fw iranyaba fordultam..persze miert is ne olyan legyen hogy fw upgrade utan nem uj verziot ir ki, verzioszam marad...most megint badblocks..ha marad a "helyezet" megy vissza garanciaba.
