ntpd nem mukodik

Sziasztok,
adott ket szerver, mind a ketton debian 5 es ntpd van. Az ntp.conf is megegyezik mindkettonek, az egyik szinkronizalja az idot a masik nem. Most pl. 00:25 van azon amelyik nem szinkronizal.
Mi lehet a gond?
