Megpróbáltam üzembe helyezni egy gigabyte u8000-rh tv tunert arch linux-on.

Mind a 2 leírás szerint működik a tv tuner,de a probléma a következő:Tvtime:
Futtatás: tvtime 1.0.2.
Konfiguráció beolvasása: /etc/tvtime/tvtime.xml
Konfiguráció beolvasása: /home/constract/.tvtime/tvtime.xml
xvoutput: No XVIDEO port found which supports YUY2 images.

Vlc:
DVB
/dev/dvb/adapter0
DVB Típus:DVB-T
És nem talál semmit ,pedig a upc kábelra van csatlakoztatva.

Kaffeine:
Felismeri a tunert mint DiBcom 7000PC,de nem talál semmit.
