Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support over the phone and via e-mail to corporate end users calling with IT- infrastructure problems who require assistance in using their systems or applications.
Troubleshoot and correct technical problems
Share information, collaborate on problem solving with colleagues
Setup PCs, manage service and maintenance
Follow guidelines in documentation and in ticketing system.
Requirements:
Fluent English knowledge
Administrator level IT knowledge
Customer focused personality
Excellent communication skills
