Key Responsibilities:

 Provide technical support over the phone and via e-mail to corporate end users calling with IT- infrastructure problems who require assistance in using their systems or applications.

 Troubleshoot and correct technical problems

 Share information, collaborate on problem solving with colleagues

 Setup PCs, manage service and maintenance

 Follow guidelines in documentation and in ticketing system.

Requirements:

 Fluent English knowledge

 Administrator level IT knowledge

 Customer focused personality

 Excellent communication skills
