mpd 0.12 released

Ha jól értem, akkor csak megadott kliens progikkal lehet belehallgatni? Nem lehet használni hozzá xmms/winamp és ehhez hasonlókat? Jól jönne egy ilyesmi a koliban, eddig Darwin Streaming Servert használtam, de az elég funkció szegény.
Bocsi, ha hülyeségeket kérdezek, de most értem haza és csak futólag néztem meg az oldalt.

rossz oldalról közelíted meg a dolgot.. ezzel nem streamelsz, hanem streamet/mp3at/oggot/satöbbit hallgatsz. egyelőre.. :)

Gép-x: ezen fut az mpd valamilyen porton, erre van rádugva a hangcucc.
Gép-y: (nem feltétlenül másik gép) eléri azt a portot, amire az mpd van bindelve, és egy klienssel (vagy akár netcattal is:)) tudod vezérelni az mpd-t.

én most ismerkedem ezze la dologgal, tök érdekes

egyelőre nem sikerült a gyakorlatban kivitelezni, hogy a "net másik oldalán" is hallják az "adást", de majd még próbálkozok. kapcsolódni már tudtak, de hang nem volt

kérdés: van valamilyen wines kliens? én nem nagyon találtam. vagy marad a webes?
