Position description
Responsibilities:
- Managing a small service team
- Service delivery and improvement,
- Team organization,
- Individual employee development,
- Collaboration with other service delivery units,
- Escalation management.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Team leader experience or respective qualifications,
- Database Administration experience,
- Good communication, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills,
- Good team player.
