Üdv!

A Slack.com-on (Free) ha jól láttam, csak deaktiválni lehet a usereket. Törölni véglegesen tényleg nem lehet?

Van valami megoldás erre?

Nem a saját account-ot szeretném törölni, hanem egy workspace-ben levő tagra gondoltam. Az Admin is csak deaktiválni tudja...(?)

A "deactive" funkcióval hozzáfér a csatornához. Teljesen nem lehet törölni a workspace-ből?

Request to delete your profile information (Free, Pro, Business... plan)

I. Option 1: Contact the Workspace Primary Owner

1. Visit your Workspace Settings to confirm your Workspace Primary Owner's contact information.
2. Deactivate your account.
3. Ask the Workspace Primary Owner to delete your profile info.
4. The Workspace Primary Owner will contact us at feedback@slack.com.
5. At the Workspace Primary Owner’s request, we'll remove your name, email address, and other unique identifiers from the workspace

II. Option 2: Contact Slack

1. Send us a note at feedback@slack.com. To help us locate your account, include the following information:

 * Your workspace URL
 * The email address associated with your Slack account.

2. We'll forward your request to the Workspace Primary Owner.
3. Once your request is confirmed by the Workspace Primary Owner, Slack will remove your name, email address, and other unique identifiers from your profile.

 

A Primary Owner is responsible for determining whether profile information requires deletion. Slack will only delete profile information at this person's request.

Workspace Owners and Workspace Admins can deactivate members’ accounts from Slack in either the desktop app or a browser. Members won’t be notified when their accounts are deactivated, but they’ll be signed out of your workspace on all devices and unable to sign back in. Their messages and files won’t be deleted from your workspace.

Ha jól olvasom a deactivate user nem tud visszajelentkezni.

Én mint workspace owner sem tudom törölni sajnos, csak deaktiválni lehet. Slacknek írtam már ilyen ügyben, ahol nem javasolták az account törtlését, mert akkor a törölt user üzenetei is törlődnének és message historynak nem sok értelme lenne.
