Microsoft és az UDF2.50

Bölcsész ismerősöm által írt CD-t nem tudom olvasni Ubuntu alól.

A hibaüzenet: 


mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/scd0,
       missing codepage or helper program, or other error
       Egyes esetekben hasznos információk találhatók a syslogban
       próbálja kiadni a dmesg | tail parancsot vagy egy ehhez hasonlót

dmesg | tail eredménye: 


[ 7917.946188] Unable to identify CD-ROM format.
[ 7936.018241] UDF-fs: No fileset found

Keresve a neten hamar kiderül, mi az ábra:

Állítólag az Ubuntu 8.10 már el tudja majd olvasni a Microsoft-specifikus UDF formátumot is... kár, hogy nekem szerdára kell az anyag.

Miért lenne microsoft-specifikus? Az UDF 2.50 verziója 2003 óta szabvány, a linux kernel viszont csak a 2.6.26 óta támogatja.
