pendrive írási hiba

Van nekem egy PQI U350 típusú 4GB-os pendriveom. Olyat csinál, hogy amikor másolok rá valamit, és visszaellenőrzöm, akkor a diff azt írja ki, hogy a felmásolt file különböző.

Próbáltam Ubuntu (Feisty, Gutsy, Hardy), valamint Knoppix alatt, ugyanaz a hibajelenség. Valamint több gépen is Ubuntuval. Win alatt tökéletes.
