Rendszerüzemeltetőt/rendszergazdát keresünk irodánkba. A feladat többrétű:

- Desktop gépek szerelése, telepítése (nagyrészt Linux, néhány Windows és Mac Mini)

- Helyi hálózat kiépítése, karbantartása:

• Kábeles + ADSL failover internet
• 40 gép, statikus DHCP címek (MAC alapján)
• WiFi
• NAT
• előnyt jelent: VPN és LDAP ismerete

- Hálózati nyomtató, telefon, scanner karbantartása

- Linux alapú irodai szerver:

• Samba + jogosultságok
• Squid web proxy
• iptables (routing, alapvető tűzfalazás)
• minimális shell scripting

- Kapcsolattartás az épület-üzemeltetőkkel, hardver beszerzés

- Domain regisztráció és egyéb informatikai témájú ügyek intézése

- Ezen kívül elonyt jelent még:

• BSD ismeretek
• MySQL master-master és master-slave replication ismerete
• lighttpd, nginx és apache ismerete
• nagios ismeretek
• Ruby és POSIX Shell ismeretek
• ZFS (Solaris és FreeBSD)

Az állás 4 órás részmunkaidős (saját időbeosztás szerint), és Budapesten, a Blaha Lujza tér közelében található.

A BME Repülőgépek és Hajók Tanszék egy ipari megbízásban való
részvételhez keres OpenGL és repülőgép-szimulátorok terén jártas
programozót, és scenery készítésben jártas szakembert, megbízásos vagy
alvállalkozói szerződés keretében.

Feltételek programozói pozícióra:
Elvárások:
- Min. 1-2 év hasonló területen (szimulátor, vizualizáció, játék
fejlesztés) szerzett gyakorlat.
- OpenGL alapos ismerete.
- C, C++ programozói gyakorlat.

Junior programozó

Felelősségi kör:
-Részvétel üzleti alkalmazások fejlesztésében és továbbfejlesztésében Microsoft platformon (MS SQL, ASP.NET, C#)
-SQL lekérdezések összeállítása üzleti specifikáció alapján
-Alkalmazások közötti interfészek kialakítása, ellenőrzése
-Különböző társosztályok rendszereinek támogatása és igényeinek megvalósítása
-Részvétel az elkészített alkalmazás tesztelésében és dokumentálásában

Elvárások:
-Felsőfokú végzettség
-Alapfokú angol nyelvtudás
-1-2 éves SQL és/vagy .Net programozásban szerzett tapasztalat
-Jó analitikus, problémamegoldó képesség
-Nyitottság az új folyamatok megismerésére
-SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) ismeret előnyt jelent
-Önálló munkavégzés

We are looking for an IT Service Manager in ERP/SAP Operations - UK Ireland

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate and qualify present service reporting and organize regular service review meetings
· Collect requirements and issues regarding IT operations
· Handling of incident and change management
· Communication of problem analysis and solution design
· Readiness for on call duty
· Service review presentations
· Facilitate and qualify executive summaries of incident progress
· Initiate continuous improvement process
· Interaction with incident, problem, quality and process management as well as central reporting
· Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

Personal and technical requirements:

· Experience in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL V2/V3)
· Knowledge of trouble ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy 7)
· Background knowledge and experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
· International project experience
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Strong customer orientation
· Ability to present and communicate on a senior management level

The engineer will work on development and integration of systems which will separate QA and PROD environments. This will include modification of tooling to handle entitlement and configuration elements for QA and Prod. We expect that the new tooling will see significant uptake from all customers across all business units, and we are looking for a committed individual with the drive and determination to make the project a success. The role involves engineering, support and maintenance, and a significant amount of customer communication.
In addition, it involves a significant amount of interaction with global operations teams (in locations including Canada and India) that provide support and coverage for the product.

Tasks will include:
-Management of a global distributed infrastructure plant critical to hundreds of users/thousands of applications.
-Focus on maintenance and improvement of the infrastructure tooling for the managed plant.
-Future planning to further improve the deployment and maintenance of the plant.
-Documentation and process improvement working with remote ops teams.
-Engineering escalations to deal with problems from the ops teams.

Skills required:
-Solid experience in Object Oriented Perl
-Experience in Java
-Proficient in Linux/Solaris/Windows, including scripting and an understanding of process management
-An understanding of high availability and clustering technologies
-A strong understanding of XML
-Strong verbal and written skills required to interact with a global teams and customers
-Ability to work with customers, gather requirements, and own the task of finding solutions
