Baj nvidia-val, too low refresh rate, help needed.

Az a gond, hogz egz újonnan felrakott gutsy+minden frissítéssel nem hajlandó 1024*768@85Hz-en menni. 800*600-on megy.

xorg reconfigure volt, nem segített, google sem, nvidia-settings sem.
Ja, es a gnome resolution settings csak valami 50Hz-et ajánl fel.

Egyrészt vedd ki a 800x600 és 640x480 módokat. Másrészt az nvidia saját toolját használd (nvidia-settings), ne a gnomeosat. És esetleg nézz bele X error logba.

Ha végképp nem megy, nevezd át az xorg.conf-ot és futtass egy nvidia-xconfigot. Ekkor csinál egy teljesen új config fájlt, ami általában úgy működik, ahogy kell. :)
