Erre gondoltam pontosabban arra hogy a reboot előtt itt még a Mesa indirect állot ..
A drv nv a kari Fx5200Ultra, a "petcs" előtt itten meg nvidia állt, azzal a "petcs" után nix X !!!
Csak a sima nv modullal

most itt tartok:

"sudo systemsettings

ez elég gáz ...

Nos akkor.

Felraktam tisztán a Kubuntu desktop Cd-t az install-al, belőttem a netet a pppoeconf-al, megnéztem megy-e a 3D az nvidia karimon, nem ment Mesa indirect volt.

Mondom okés, előszőr megnézem van-e frissítés, volt ugyebár, letölttem a frissítéseket amiket az Adept felajánlott, a frissités-telepítés figyelmeztetések és hibaüzik nélkül végbement.
Neteztem tovább.. gép kikapcs gondolván majd ma letöltöm az nvidia-glx drv-t és beállítom a vga karit.

Na ez nem megy mivel a Display modul nem tölthető be a fent írt hibajelenségek miatt ...

Az egyébként normális hogy igy indul a konzolból a "kcontrol":

Feltettem a drv-t átirtam a xorg.conf-ban az nv sort nvidia-ra de akkor meg nincs X ..

Kezdem unni a témát ..

Újra raktam az egésszet, most a DVD verziót, leltöltöttem az nvidia-glx beállítottam a Display-config-gal az Xorg-ot.
Utánna frissítettem :(

Eredetileg a "kernel 2.6.15-23-386"-t tartalmazza a distro, most frissült "kernel 2.6.15-26-386"-ra, ez mind szép de az nvidia-kernel modulból nincs 26-os verzió így az új kernel-lel nincs Xorg ...

Miért olyan fos valami hogy úgy ad ki egy update-tét hogy az szétbassza a rendszert??

Egyátalán lehet szerezni 2.6.15-26 -os nvidia-kernel modulokat ??

Nem szidtam a KDE-t, az a gondom hogy van egy rendszer, felrakom minden müxik magyar nyelven, azután a hivatalos forrásokat engedélyezem, kiderül van frissítés.. letöltöm,telepíti a rendszer,nincs hibaüzi.
Ezután,már magyar nyelven sok minden nem működik.. ki lehet a hibás.

Aztán felrakom a nvidia-glx drivert, a frissitéssel frissül a kernel is , deaz nvidia moduljai nem, nincs Xorg.. ez a bajom
