To reset the Xerox WorkCentre 3025 to factory defaults, you can:

  • Press the Machine Status button, select the Tools tab, select the Troubleshooting button, select the Resets button, and select the Software Reset button.
  • Press the Home button, touch Device > Resets, touch Reset to Factory Defaults, and touch Reset at the confirmation message.
  • Press the Home button, log in as administrator (if necessary), touch Device > Resets > Reset to Factory Defaults, and touch Reset at the prompt. The printer will restart automatically.
