Cisco Catalyst 5500 Family [5509]

sziasztok!

Kaptam egy Cisco Catalyst 5509-es kis játékszert. Kérdésem az lenne valakinek volt-e már dolga ilyen eszközzel.
A jelen problémám az lenne, hogy IOS bebootol minden rendben belépek az elején kiadtam a #test interfaces parancsot és a switch nem érzékeli a Supervisor, és az Ethernet modult.
Kérdésem még az lenne, hogy a Supervisor modulon van egy RJ-45 csatlakozós console port, de akárhogy akarom elérni csatlakoztatom az eredeti RJ-45 -RS232 es kábelt Debian/Linux alatt sehogy nem érem el vele a switchet, nem ír semmit a képernyőre.

Ezzel kötöttem össze a switchet és a gépet. Putty-al és gtkterm-el próbálkoztam de egyik sem reagált semmit.
A parancsokat holnap feldobom de most jelenleg nem érem el az apróságot :D

Ezt az eszmefuttatást nem értem most. A Rollover kábel mindenhol ugyanolyan, mindegyiknél ugyanúgy kell legyen kötve.

anno én egyedül forrasztottam kábelt az 5509-hez. Ha a jelenlegi megy a 7200-el és a switchekkel a képen, akkor biztos, hogy más kell. Talán itt van bekötés:

Ez nem a catalyst konzolja, hanem a 13-as slotban levő LS1010 route processoré.
Az két külön entitás, innen csak a 9-13-as slotban levő (ATM) kártyákat látod, a rajta levő Ethernet port pedig csak ennek a route processornak a management interfésze (telnet meg SNMP számára). Sem az ATM portokkal, sem a switch maradék részével nem tudsz kommunikálni azon az Ethernet porton keresztül.

Ezért is nem ismeri az sh mod és sh port parancsokat, ebben nem Catalyst SW fut, hanem valami IOS-like cucc, ebben show interface van csak, talán van show controller is.

Lenne egy olyan kérdésem, hogy az lehetséges, hogy az ethernet modulnak a switchbe külön proceszora van és valahogy be kell lépni arra a modulra?
Valami hw-module parancsot láttam csak nem tudom, hogy az mire való. A switch ha kilistáztatom az interfaceket akkor nem látja a 24 portos modult :(

Mint fentebb írtam (csak biztos átsiklottál felette), a 13-as slotban levő konzol portról nem is fogod. Ahhoz az 1-es slotban levő supervisor engine-re kell bejelentkezned.

Háát jah akkor ezt nem láttam, viszont oda meg nem tudok bejelentkezni sehogy, rádugom a kábelt és egyszerűen nem csinál semmit a putty, a switchben ha minden igaz minden be van állítva. Nem reagál rá semmit.

Fentebb írtam, hogy oda más bekötésű console kábel kell. Két ilyen eszközt is használok WS-X5530 és WS-X5550 modulokkal.

Nem jó a kábeled hozzá, azért nem reagál. Belinkelték a bekötést is fentebb, le van írva, hogy a Sup III konzolja - szemben az ÖSSZES többi rj45-ös cisco konzollal! - fordítva van bekötve, az rx és a tx fel van cserélve. Kell hozzá kábelt tákolni/szerezni.

Tehát ha én egy UTP kábelből szeretnék csinálni akkor a soros csatlakozóba

Narancs-fehér kábelt sehova
Narancs -->6os PIN
Zöld-fehér -->3 pin
Kék -->5ös pin
Kék-fehér -->5 pin
Zöld -->2-es pin
Barna-fehér -->4-es pin

1es Pin-t és 8as Pin-t össze kell kötni.

Hát csináltam egy ilyen kábelt de nem reagál semmit a rendszer. Megpróbáltam eredeti cisco kábelből is meg UTP kábelből is de semmi. Ha esetleg pin és színek szerint valaki le tudná írni nekem hogy meg tudjam nézni jól csináltam-e azt megköszönném!

Lenne egy olyan kérdésem, hogy a pcmcia kártyát berakom a switchbe de se formázni, se megnyitni nem tudom.
dir slot0: parancsra jön az error= -24 Open device slot0 failed(bad device info block)
Valami ötlet hogy hogyan lehetne leformázni úgy hogy lássa és ha ráteszek vmit akkor meg is tudja nyitni ?
