Az LG elég régóta támogatja az M-Discet, az oldalukon jelzik is hogy melyik eszközük tudja. http://www.lg.com/us/burners-drives
Az alábbiak szerint pedig mindegyik újabb Blu-ray írónak tudnia kellene írnia az M-Disc Blu-ray lemezeket, az M-Disc DVD-t pedig csak az M-Disc Ready írók tudják írni.
