UHU 1.2 Sil 3112 probléma

Kakil az egészre csak az intel SATA vezérlője konfigurálható a SIL3112 vagy enabled vagy disabled egy w2k-is fellöktem gyorsan az a driver után simán használja a cuccokat a drága kis UHU-m nem ez már kezd idegesíten egyébként máshol is csak hümmögés volt a válasz lehet hogy SuSe 9.2 a megoldás?

Na jó nem hagyom magam szerintetek hogyan mondjam meg a kis aranyosnak hogy a SATA vezérlőn ott ül 2db optikai egység és én használni szeretném őket .
Hol tudom megnézni hogy a vezérlőt (Sil3112) egyátalán látja-e az UHU?

Még az sem segített hogy az automountak próbáltam becsatolni az eszközöket, vajon van-e megoldás?

Részemről nincs több ötlet, max annyi, hogy szerezz egy másféle linuxot live cd-n (pl knoppix v. suse) és nézd meg, azokkal esetleg megy-e, vagy sem.

Hogyan próbáltad az automounttal? Az nem magától csatolja a meghajtókat ("auto")? Szerintem ha valamit nem tud mountolni, az már régen reménytelen.

Küldhetnél egy dmesg kimenetet, mondjuk az eleje meg a vége nem kell (az elejéről az ACPI/memória biztos lényegtelen).

Szerintem ez tutira nem az UHU meg a sata vezérlők hibája, hanem a BIOS körül kellene kutakodni.
Nekem erre az esetre (is) van itthon kb 10 különféle LiveCD-m (Knoppix, SuSE, FreeBSD stb), amikkel gyorsan le tudom tesztelni, hogy az adott rendszer vagy valami más b... el a dolgot.

Lehet. Végül is nem kell mindenáron UHU-t használni. Nekem speciel semmi problémám nincs UHU alatt, a feleségem is ezt szokta meg, a haverjaimnak is ez van, szóval marad. Meg szerintem az UHU megérdemel ennyi figyelmet. Magyar vagyok én is...

Hali mindenkinek a következő kis gondom lenne, eddig egy Abit NF7-s
(CPU AMD 3200+) használtam a Sil3112-es vezérlőn volt egy cdíró és egy DVD olvasó amit már a BETA2-es UHU is simán kezelt, most váltottam platformot az alaplap egy ABit IC7-G (CPU P4 Prescott HT 3 GHz) amelynek ugyanaz a SATA vezérlője, a drága 1.2 ugyan felismeri a vezérlőt és a két rajta csücsülő eszközt, a HAL -ban legalább is látszik azt írja "Device Type: Unknow" mind a két csatornára ezt mondja, az NF7-S -en kiírta azt eszközök tipusát, tudom tudom most mindenki azt mondja hogy dugjam át az ICH5R -déli hídra a két cuccot.
Sajna van egy OEM vinfos XP-m amit játékra használok (Total War Rome meg egy csomó stratégia) és a kis drága akkora hátast dob a déli hídra kötött két optikai eszköztől hogy a durranás pestig hallatszik.

Tehát drága linux társak meg tudja mondani valaki hogyan lehet életet lehelni a két optika cuccba Egy Pioneer DVD olvasó és egy LG cd író,
az UHU nem rakja be a /media könyvtárba és sem a K3B sem az XCDroast nem találja meg nagyon kellen a helpi mert nem tudok így cd írni meg DVD nézni, a telepítés egy pluszban rádugott cd olvasóról történt.

A videókártyám egy ABIT FX5900 OTES az előző rendszerben az AMD prockóval a glxgears 10500 körüli fps-t produkált, most a szuper procival HT-vel nem éri el a 9000-et ez elég gáz nem?

Vay az is lehet hogy az a baj hogy a legújabb nvidia drivert használom az AMD gép az eggyel ezelőttivel ment

BIOS-ban a SATA kezelését nem lehet állítani? Úgy emlékszem, ott több opció is van.

glx: lehet az nvidia driver miatt is, de függ a terminálablak méretétől is a kiírt érték! Amúgy meg szerintem a látvány a döntő, nem az érték. Észlelhető valami minőségbeli differencia? (Te írtad a high tech hifis haverod történetét, akit áthívtál ugyanazt mp3-ban meghallgatni... Itt is erről van szó.)

Az ABIT IC7-G -n csak annyit lehet állítani a Sil 3112 Sata vezérlőn hogy RAID legyen vagy sem természtesen most a RAID rom le van titva, de mondom az NF7-S el mindem símán ment ott bármit kötötten a sata-ra az UHU tudta használni
