TL-WN422g.v2 usb-s wifi telepítése salix 13.37 alá - de hogyan? MEGOLDVA!

Kernel: Linux Kernel 2.6.37.6-smp (ha jól emlékszem). A kernelszám az biztos, az "smp" az nem, de 3 betűs és s-sel kezdődik.

Letöltöttem a htc_9271.fw fájlt és a gnome commanderrel rootként bemásoltam a lib/firmware mappában. Leellenőríztem, ott van. Újraindításkor a rendszer betöltésekor már kiírta a modem nevét, de: "ar9271.fw not found" és a modem nem is kezdett el villogni, az lsusb, dsmeg parancsra minden mint tegnap. Most két lehetőség közül választhatok: 1. átnevezem a htc-s fájlt ar-ra, és vagy elfogadja, vagy nem; 2. valahonnan le kéne töltenem egy másik, valóban ar9271.fw fájlt. Ez utóbbi esetén, honnan tudom ezt megtenni?
Kernel: 2.6.37.6-smp valóban. Lehet, hogy régi, de salix-mate telepítőjében ez van. Az ubuntuval ellentétben itt egy éve, mióta használom, ez van. Programfrissítés volt, kernel frissítés nem. Ami nem lenne gond, ha fw-t elfogadná.

A helyzet az.hogy a compat-wireless 2.6-ot telepítettem fel. Ahogy az lsusb kilistázta, látja a modemet:

A probléma az ar9271.fw-vel van.Először azért reklamált, hogy "ar9271 not found". Aztán rootként bemásoltam a /lib/firmware mappába először a htc_9271.fw-t, ezzel nem indult el, aztán egy "sima" ar9271.fw-t, de azzal sem. De közbeeső lépésként még csináltam, - lásd fentebb - egy harlinket a firmware-n belül a htc_9271-re is ar9271 néven, merthogy így keresi, de ez sem jött be. Ezeket szépen egymás után, egymástól elkülönítve csináltam meg. Most ott tartok, hogy a modem, és vele az internet egyik fw-fájllal sem működik, és itt vagyok meglőve, nem tudom hogyan lépjek tovább.

Mivel enm vagyok linuxguru, nem tudom hol a hiba, és mit kéne még megpróbálnom, hogy menjen a net.
Köszönök minden segítséget. Sok kaptam már eddig is, nélkülük nem jutottam volna idáig, de elkéne még a további segítség. Hátha valaki, aki salixot (vagy slackwaret) használ,és ismeri ezt az usb-s modemet, tud segíteni, vagy rájön a hiba okára.
