Position description
We are looking for people who are motivated and interested in new challenges in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates have consultative behaviour, strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills, as Solution Integrators will have to travel to meet customers and other stakeholders to participate in deliveries worldwide.
It is important to note that this position is local employment.
Based on in-depth technical understanding of solutions, Solution Integrators are involved in the following activities:
- Perform requirement and solution analysis,
- Produce detailed design of software application(s),
- Develop software applications/customization on standard products,
- Install and configure customer solutions.
Competence
We need candidates to have:
- At least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and/or computer engineering
- Basic telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, etc),
- Experience in the Network management domain,
- OSS-RC knowledge,
- Knowledge in some of the following fields:
- Operative Systems: Windows, Unix (Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Linux)
- Databases: Sybase, LDAP, MySQL, others
- Veritas Volume Manager
- Development languages: J2SE, J2EE, C/C++, SQL, XML/XSL
- Protocols: TCP/IP, SNMP , FTP, Telnet , Rcp, HTTP/HTTPS
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
