lemezcsere PERC 6/i RAID 10 ben

A 0. lemezt, egy ST3500320NS kell cserélnem a címben említett rendszerben. A gép egy Dell PowerEdge R410. A lemez cseréje után nem látja a VD-t:
kernel: journal commit I/O error
A rossz lemezt visszatéve elindul.
Az alábbi leírás alapján próbáltam:

Kb 1 éve cseréltem a második lemezt, akkor semmi probléma nem volt, automatikusan elindult a rebuild és a status visszaállt jóra.
Most mi lehet a gond?

R10-nél a cserélendő lemez párja rendben van?

nem lehet, hogy az mikor a párja elromlott és csere után a rebuid automatikusan megtörtént, akkor valamilyen metaadat kimaradt?
Még soha sem cseréltem 2 lemezt hardware RAID-ben.
