Lassú diszk-műveletek

Sziasztok,
Van itthon egy debian alapú fájl szerverem, egy darab diszken a rendszer, és két darab 1TB diszken az adatok tükrözve.
A rendszer vinyó egy 300 gigás ide, de furcsa módon mégis sdc-nek látja a rendszer.
A két 1 gigás azok sata lemezek, sda és az sdb, ezek vannak raidbe kötve.
Az alaplapon nincs sata vezérlő, egy pci-os sata kártya van a gépben.

Minden működik is, csak valamiért nagyon lassúak a lemezműveletek.
Nem tudok rájönni, mi lehet a baja, korábban ugyanez a két diszk, ugyanígy raidbe kötve hibátlanul ment másik gépben.
Ráadásul a satás lemezek ugyanolyan lassúak, mint az idés rendszerlemez.

hdparm-mal próbálkoztam megnézni a teljesítményt:

Regebben hasonlo eset volt nalam is. 18-19 meganal nem akart gyorsabban menni, halozatban meg meg lassubb volt.
A megoldas az volt hogy a biosban letiltottam minden olyat ami nem kell (soros port, stb...) es a kartyat atraktam masik PCI slotba.
Utana egybol ment 40-el.

A Biosban már minden felesleges le volt tiltva, és most már a kártyát is az összes lehetséges slotban kipróbáltam, de semmi javulás.

Most kivettem a sata kártyát, csak a rendszervinyó van bent, de ugyanolyan maradt.
Aztán egyszercsak nem akar bootolni.
GRUB kiirja, hogy nem találja az ID-hez tartozó eszközt.
Gyanús ez a diszk, bekapcsolás után is seekelget egy darabig.
Bebootoltam nagy nehezen gparteddel, hogy megnézzem a diszket.
fsck azzal kezdte, hogy sérült a superblock a lemezen, e2fsck -b vel próbálom javítani, de már vagy 1o perce gondolkodik...

Hát sajnos semmi előrelépés, szerintem a vinyóval lesz gond.
Már lehúztam mindent róla, még a memóriát és a tápot is cseréltem hasztalan.
Az fsck javítások után újrahúztam a debiant, eleve borzalmasan lassan ment fel, és úgy is maradt.
Az elején kb. egy percig vár ott, hogy Welcome to GRUB, mielőtt megjelenne a grub szép kék menüje.
Úgy látom, sehogy nem tudom elkerülni, hogy vegyek egy rendes, új alaplapot, ramot, procit, meg egy új vinyót.

Jó ötlet, de nem hiszem, hogy rendszerhiba lenne.
Bootoltam gparted live cd-t, ubuntut és a debian újra is telepítettem, de minden esetben ugyenígy viselkedett.
Úgyhogy szerintem egyértelműen alaplap és/vagy vinyó.
Ma meg is vettem az új konfigot, de rájöttem, mégis veszek vinyót is, mert az újon már nem lesz ide vezérlő, a régebbi bővítőkártyáktól meg lehetőleg szabadulni szeretnék.
Tudom, hogy egy olcsóbb alaplapon az integrált sata vezérlő se lesz egy csúcsdarab, de nekem elég ha csak simán működik.

Úgy látom, késő már, de a 845-től 915-ig az intel alaplapokkal sok probléma tud lenni: a kondik elfáradnak bennük idő előtt. Nálunk sok ilyen alaplap volt, legalább a fele kondicserés lett. Van olyan 865-ös, aminek pl. az alaplapi satája nem megy, van olyan 915-ös, aminek az also kép PCI portja instabil, stb. Anno az intel megtalálta a legszarabb minőségű kondikat beszállító távol-keleti céget, és éveken keresztül tőlük vette a szart. Aztán tízmilliós nagyságrendben kezdtek elpukkanni az alaplapok; asszem talán a HP vagy a Dell is megszívta ugyanezzel a beszállítóval.

tul.képpen volt időszak, amikor ezen márka testesítette meg a kondihibás alaplap fogalmát egy termékben. tehát mittomén: "nike - you can do it", "kitkat - have a break, have a kitkat", "abit - szar a kondi"...

Köszi, jó tudni, hogy akár ilyen okok is megbújhatnak a hiba mögött.
Tegnap betettem az új lapot, vinyót, ramot, procit, és felhúztam rá egy debiant.
A telepítés nagyjából 30x volt gyorsabb az eddigieknél - nem meglepő módon.
Aztán megnéztem hdparm-mal, megérte-e az upgrade, kb. 40e-ből szedtem össze az alkatrészeket.
Asus lap, wd 250-es vinyó, 2gb ram, 2.8-as sempron proci
Az eredménnyel elégedett vagyok, remélem most már jó sokáig nem lesz vele gond:

:) igen, sajnos muszáj volt, mert az új alaplapon nincs ide vezérlő
de nem bántam meg, nem mindegy, hogy 100Mbps vagy 6Gbps, még ha csak elméletben is tudják ezt a sebességet, a különbség a gyakorlatban is ég és föld.
(pláne így, hogy még valami kakker is volt valahol...)

Végül is, visszatekintve még örülök is, hogy így alakult, nagyon fasza lett az itthoni hálózat, végre értelmet nyert a gigabites hálózat, és nem vinyók jelentik a szűk keresztmetszetet.

Nem is tudom eddig hogy bírtam ki, hogy ilyen lassú volt. (Úgy értem, még azelőtt, hogy ez a kritikus szint beállt volna.)

Na mindegy, az élet elrendezi ezeket a dolgokat magától. :)
