KDE 3.0 Alpha a Debian unstable -n

Ha valakit érdekel a KDE 3.0, és ki szeretné próbálni, az most megteheti, akár úgyis, hogy nem távolítja el a 2.2 -es KDE -t. KDM login manager -rel működik a dolog, de szerintem bármelyik másikkal is meg lehet csinálni.

Ivan E. Moore II (a kdebase és a kdelibs karbantartója) debian csomagokba tette a KDE3 alpha1 -et.

some quick bits about the KDE 3.0 debs....

1: They are experimental and if they break your system..don't cry to me

2: I'm not guarentee'ng an upgrade path from version to version...just that the final 3.0 debs will upgrade from previous 2.x packages.

3: I'll get packages uploaded when I find time to get them done.

4: By default 3.0 stuff will conflict/replace 2.x stuff until I can be sure there is no need for them to conflict...after all eventually the 3.0 stuff will just end up in place of the 2.x stuff so they should conflict/replace.
