Fontos tudnivalok:

Monitor, administer and troubleshoot the global VoIP Network and associated
services on 24x7 coverage to ensure maximum network uptime, as a member of the NOC team.

Key duties:
- Ensure that all Network components are properly monitored using the current monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot, identify, and remedy network performance degradation and network problems
- Work with Carriers to resolve problems related to circuit failures (IP/Voice)
- Make recommendation for further enhancements to NOC, including monitoring, scaling, and security processes
- Document on­going operations methods and procedures
Key skills and experience required:
- Must have superior problem resolution/analytical skills
- Experience in VoIP telephony, including SIP, is plus
- Work experience at a 24x7 Network Operations Center is a plus
- Strong Linux Systems Administrator experience with emphasis on technologies such as iptables, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DNS, web, mail, DHCP, and other related services
- Candidate will be expected to complete many tasks without direct supervision and should be
a self­starter capable of communicating effectively with co­workers at both technical and non­
technical levels
- Must have conversational verbal and written communication skills in English
