Én fordítva értelmeztem, hogy az alapítványból kivált tagok szerint az odf az ami nem váltotta be a hozzá fűzött reményeket.

Teljesen abszurd hogy a már több állam közigazgatása által elfogadott és támogatott formátumról most kitalálják hogy mégsem jó. Szerintem pont a siker miatt hagyták ott a helyüket az urak, gondolom nem kaptak érte méltó díjazást.
