Writing computer code especially an OS (operating system) falls into the same category. It is an art that deserves recognition, especially LINUX.
So I am proud of the Russian community of Tyumen to have obtained permission from the city government to set up a monument to Tux penguin, the mascot of the Linux operating system.
The monument is in the form of a winged Tux ready to take off into the air. The monument will symbolize the unlimited possibilities and independence of open software.
These monuments are what make Russia special and unique in a very positive way. Please do not change!
