Szép napot,

Kezdi megadni magát az akkumulátorom, délre lemegy már 35% alá. A https://www.oneplus.com/hu/privacy-and-legal oldal alapján az akksira is van 2 év gari? Még majdnem 1 hónap van hátra a 2 évből.

Valaki cseréltetett már rajtuk keresztül aksit? Ha igen mennyi idő alatt történt meg a csere?

Az én Oneplus3-am akkuja is katasztrófálisan viselkedett februárban és márciusban. Már gondolkodtam azon, honnan lehetne akkut szerezni bele. Bár nálam azért voltak gyanús jelek, pl. néha rohadt meleg lett.

Végül mielőtt vettem volna egy akkut, csináltam egy backup-ot, factory reset+wipe cache. Azóta néha másfél napot is kibír.

(Nekem akkor még a decemberi stable szoftver volt rajta. Amivel ugye január során nem volt gond, később kezdődött. Mondjuk a factory reset óta már váltottam a bétára, azokkal sincs semmi gond.)

Here we go again: Apple's iPhone battery service terms igniting complaints from users

"In one case, Josh Landsburgh sent his iPhone to Apple to have the battery replaced in February. Two days later, Landsburgh got an email from Apple rejecting the repair on the grounds of a "small dent" —which Apple would fix for 200 ($272) if he had opted to do so.

Landsburgh turned to a third-party repair shop to replace the battery, leaving the dented case intact."

Reddit posztot nem görgettem végig, viszont az én patika állapotú telom 2 hónap múlva garancia nélkül lesz és most kezdődött lehalni az aksi.-eleg durván... (nesze neked dash)

A választási lehetőségek elég szűkösek. Ha még mindig gyártják a OnePlus 3-as akkumulátorait, akkor kaphatsz újat is. Ha már nem, akkor legjobb esetben egy X hónapja/éve raktáron levőt kapsz. Ha garanciában cserélnék, de a használt akkumulátortól való félelmed miatt nem cserélteted ki, akkor marad a régi rossz akkumulátor. Vagy esetleg veszel a ebay-en egyet, és magad cseréled ki.

We will try to exhaust the troubleshooting first before sending the device for repairs that way we can determine what is really causing the battery drain on your device. There are cases where the battery is already replaced at the service center and the battery drain issue is still there.

With regards, to your battery life issue, I would advise to reduce screen brightness and or use autobrightness feature. Aside from that, please disable unused features like Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth, autosync. This apps would need to be disabled if unused as it takes up a lot of battery life if left on. For Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth, it will keep continuing to find networks or devices to connect which causes the battery drain in the phone.

As mentioned by Jin, you can also optimize the inactive apps by: Settings>Battery>Battery saver.

You can also check which app consumes the most power. Please go to Setting>Battery>Battery Optimization
Reminder: Battery optimization may delay in receiving message prompt for this app.

Please check as well if your phone is updated to the latest OTA version.

With regards to the screenshot, this really helps us in determining the battery drain on the device. We would advise to fully charge the device and use it normally until it is at 25% battery health where you can take the screenshot. Please don't plug in the charger while your using it normally after the full charge.

If you really need to change the battery, there will be a cost for the repairs.

még nem derült ki hogy a garanciás telefonra miért kellene fizetnem, viszont az előbb jött a futár hogy vinné tőlem a csomagot :) viccesek ezek a kínaiak.

Gyors update: most érkezett meg a telefonom, kijelző (és ezzel az earpiece is) garanciában cserélve. Az akksiról nem tudok nyilatkozni, a szervízlapon nem tüntették fel, hogy cserélték volna.
