Salary: The annual salary for this position is between € 36,829 and €44,572

Duties:
* Distribution of Internet number resources (IP and AS) based on the RIPE community policies, ensuring these are handled within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
* To technically understand the network design/infrastructure of RIPE NCC members
* Ensure fair and appropriate application of RIPE Internet policies and the implementation of the RIPE NCC’s procedures within its service region
* Ownership and management of different policy implementation projects
* Deliver training, advice and support to external and internal customers/members regarding the role of the RIPE NCC and the effective use of the services of the Registration Services Department
* Provide exemplary customer service support for members accessing RIPE NCC services

Specific Qualifications and Experience Required:
* Minimum of two years’ experience in the IT Industry
* Knowledge of wide area networks and internet technologies in relation to Internet number resources
* A high standard of written and spoken English
The following qualifications are desirable:
* Knowledge of Internet number resource distribution policies within the RIPE NCC service region.
