MEGOLDVA - radeon xpress 200m és a felbontás

Üdv!

Laptop, gentoo és telepítek:

fglrx megy, 3d gyorsítás van és tetszik is, de 1024x768 -nál nagyobb felbontást nem tudok kicsiholni
átolvastam az egész netet, de tanácstalan vagyok.

valakinek van valamiokossága erre?

ettől elvileg lehetne választani az 1280x1024 -t,de a kde alkalmazás nem engedi (nem is jelenik meg a válsszthatóak között)
játszogattam a herzekkel, de annak sem volt semmi hatása
