nos, arch-on nme minden úgy ven mint ubuntu-n leírom, mit csináltam. letöltöttem a dvd-t, és a dvd/Tools/adb-tool_for_linux-x86/tools/adb-t a /usr/bin-be másoltam
létre hoztam a rule fájlt, ami ugyebár nme létezett, bele másoltam a sorokat, a felhasználót átírtam,
sudo chmod a+r /etc/udev/rules.d/91-android.rules
a következő parancs arch alatt nem megy

networkmanager-openvpn és openvpn telepítése, network és networkmanager újra inditása, a következő arch alatt nincs
akkor itt beiktatok egy rebootot.
