Korábban többször is szerepelt, hogy a Marvell csip Linux-os driver-e GPL alatt terjed, ott a link is, amelyikről letölthető. A driver nyílt forrású, csak a FW nem az. Melyik PC-s nyomtató FW-e nyílt? Mégis van egy csomóhoz nyílt forrású driver.
