RAID probléma

Sziasztok!

Adott egy 2 TB winchester, amin már megvannak a RAID es particiok (softweres RAID rol van szó természetesen). A probléma ott kezdődött, hogy amit akkor feltettem Slackware current verziót a kernel mag bugos rajta, így nem indult el maga a rendszer sem. Most igazából a problémám az az, hogy usb átalakítóval telepíteném rá a javított verót, de nem ismeri fel a RAID t partícióimat. A kérdésem az, hogy tudnám erre rávenni, mivel azt írja folyamatosan, hogy a superblokkot nem találja ...

Nem látszanak az /dev/sdb RAID t partíciói...

Első körben a fájlrendszer típusa legyen "Raid autodetect".
Ezt fdisk/cfdisk-ben gyorsan meg tudod tenni.

nyilvan nem ez a baj, hisz akarmi is a tipusa, fdisk -l -nek mutatnia kellene.

Ezt megtenném, ha az fdisk vagy akar a cfdisk latna a RAID particioimat. De csak az sda s particioimat látja, az sdb md0 stb particiokat nem.

Az optimizmus nem azt jelenti, hogy valaki nem látja a problémákat, hanem hogy hisz abban, hogy mindig létezik egy megoldás.

Az md* eszközöket nem is fogja látni, azt csak az initrd-ből induló szoftraid csinálja meg.

A raid autodetect elég régóta obsolete (fejlődik a Linux, na...), az nem fog segíteni. Kérdés, hogy milyen device-okat lát egyáltalán a bebootolt OS? Mert itt magát a /dev/sdb eszközt sem látja - jó lenne látni a dmesg releváns részét.

Mintha pont az autodetect lenne a problémája

Esetleg, meg kellene próbálni, a disk lehúzása után az udevadm monitor -t elindítani, majd újra bedugni a disket. Aztán az udevadm kimenetéből kiokosodni. (minek látja a disket, mit talál a rendszer a disken)

Ez mintha az usb-d cumód lenne...

cat /proc/mdstat # ebből többet tudunk.

Másrészt partíció típus: fd (raid autodetect), és fontos, hogy ne a /dev/sda1 legyen formázva, hanem már a /dev/md0
aztán: én partíciókat rakok inkább össze md-vé, magát a merevlemezt kerülöm, mert nem igazán stabil megoldás (legalábbis ezt tapasztaltam néhány éve - aztán lehet hogy most már okés).
Azaz
mdadm --assemble --force /dev/m0 /dev/sdb1
mdadm --assemble --force /dev/m1 /dev/sdb2
...
...

továbbá: nem árt, ha Slackware esetén a /etc/mdadm.conf helyesen ki van töltve.
mdadm --detail --scan kimenete, ha már össze van állva a raid (pl. elkészítése után).

A gond meg mindig a szuperblokkal van...

ez milyen linux, mi az mdadm verzioja?

most ugrott be, hogy egyzer én is szoptam ilyennel, aztan egy ujabb, targz-bol forgatott mdadm meg gond nelkul osszerakta a tombot.
ott is a superblock-ra hivtkozott az mdadm, pedig van belole backup is a diszken, s a legfrissebb mdadm meg mar a backupokbol is tudott dolgozni...
legalabbis valami ilyesmi volt az en esetem.

hát, nálam ez a gond még 2.9xxx vagy ilyesmi mdadm-mal jött ki, ubuntu-n.
Azért szerintem próbálj meg egy másik mdadm-ot, hátha... én már nem lepődök meg semmin.

Gondolkoztam, bar szerintem nem ez lesza problema, de azert hatha ...A RAID es winchesterre 32 bites Slackwaret telepitetteml, a sajat rendszerem 64 bites Slackware Linux, de mivel igy telepiettem usb es atalakitoval, igaz mint kiderult rossz volt a kernel, ezert kene a frisset feltennem, de ha lehet a RAID tomboket amiket letrehoztam jo volna megmaradnanak. Remelem nem ez a gigszer oka??:(
