Unfortunately it didn't worked for me. So I tried on a windows 10 clean install to go to the HP website/HP driver and utilities center for this model HP ProBook650 G1 and tried to re-install manually the Intel Chipset Driver, then the Synaptics Touchpad Driver. After a clean restart everything worked again, Keyboard and Touchpad, and looks stable.
