Mondjuk így belegondolva a chrome-ban is van ilyen opció:
Allow invalid certificates for resources loaded from localhost.
Allows requests to localhost over HTTPS even when an invalid certificate is presented. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android
Bár nem teszteltem, de én úgy gondolom ez csak a https://localhost -ra irányuló kéréseket engedélyezi invalid cert-el és nem bármilyen domain-t ami 127.0.0.1 -re mutat.
