3.2 User Agent Conformance szekció, 5-ös pont:
"If a user agent encounters an attribute it does not recognize, it must ignore the entire attribute specification (i.e., the attribute and its value)."
Azaz a szabvany megengedoseget ir elo a bongeszo szamara: ha te hasznalsz akarmilyen attributumot, az a bongeszo szamara olyan, mint ha ott se lenne.
A validator pedig nem user agent szempontbol vizsgalja a dokumentumokat.
