Working in our information technology team you’ll help to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure.
You’ll be part of a team that provides help desk, network and data centre services as well as workstation support, telecommunications and IT products.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT related questions and requests over the phone, email and face-to-face in a professional manner
- Maintain logs, tasks and asset changes to a ticketing system
- Cooperate with international teams
- Identify sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences
- Maintenance of end user hardware and software to resolve incidents
- Assist with hardware and software deployment and provisioning
- Support local and global projects and meetings, assisting with off-site support if needed
- Perform asset management activities (procurement, receipt, inventory, tracking, distribution, etc.)
- Related administrative tasks, DB administration, contribute to Knowledge Base
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of experience gained in a similar role
- Administrative knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office, Smart phones, printers, AD, networking and IT security
- Customer focused, helpful, polite, patient, outgoing personality
- Advanced troubleshooting and researching skills, effective problem solving
- Attention to detail, efficient, able to prioritize, good follow-up and communications skills
- Advanced English and fluent Hungarian
- ITIL awareness
- Bachelor degree, preferably related to IT field
